A case study is proof that what you sell works for someone like the reader. Paste your notes about a customer project and get a structured case study with a results-led title, an at-a-glance summary, challenge, solution, results and a place for a real quote.
The case study template
Title, at-a-glance box, challenge, why they chose you, solution, results, customer quote and what's next. This order lets a busy reader get the story from the summary box and a careful reader get the detail below.
Lead with the result
'How a 20-location gym cut check-in from 3 minutes to 20 seconds' tells the reader why to keep going. The title and summary put the outcome first, using the numbers you provide.
Real numbers, real quotes
Case studies only work if they're true. The generator uses only the figures in your notes, marks gaps as [metric], and never invents a customer quote. Get the customer's written approval before publishing.
Use it in sales
Choose the short format for a sales deck slide, or turn the results into follow-ups with the Sales Follow-Up Email Generator.
Questions
How long should a case study be?
Around 500 to 750 words for a web page, or one page for a PDF. A short summary for slides can be under 150 words.
Do I need permission from the customer?
Yes. Get written approval for the customer's name, logo, quotes and figures before you publish.
What if I don't have exact numbers?
The case study marks missing metrics as placeholders. Ask the customer for before-and-after figures - even rough ones make the story far stronger.
