Opened the fridge and don't know what to cook? Type the ingredients you already have, choose a diet, a cuisine and how much time you have, and this AI recipe generator suggests 2 recipes you can make now: what to use from your list, any extras you need, simple numbered steps and a tip.

How to make a recipe from the ingredients you have

1. Type what you have, separated by commas: meat or fish, vegetables, grains, canned and dairy items.
2. Pick a diet, a cuisine and the time you have to cook.
3. Add anything else, like no oven, cooking for 4 or no nuts.
4. Press Find my recipes. Want other ideas? Run it again or change the cuisine.

What you get

Two different recipes built around your ingredients. Each one shows the total time and servings, which ingredients it uses from your list, up to two extras if needed, 4 to 7 clear steps and a tip for a swap or for leftovers. Basic pantry items like salt, oil and dried spices are assumed.

Diets and cuisines

Choose vegetarian, vegan, halal, lower carb, gluten-free or high protein, and the recipes leave out anything that does not fit. Pick Italian, Indian or Pakistani, Mexican, Chinese, Middle Eastern or simple home cooking, or leave it on Any and let your ingredients decide.

Cook less waste, save time

Use up leftovers and the last few vegetables before they go off, plan a quick weeknight dinner, or cook with what is in a student kitchen. Recipes are suggestions: taste as you go, cook meat, chicken, fish and eggs through, and check labels if anyone has a food allergy.

Questions

How does the recipe generator from ingredients work?

You type the ingredients you have and pick a diet, cuisine and cooking time. The AI suggests 2 recipes that use your ingredients as the base, with quantities, simple steps and a tip.

Is this AI recipe generator free?

Yes, you can find recipes for free. There is a daily limit on free runs, and optional paid plans on FastShot are there for heavier use.

What if I only have a few ingredients?

Type what you have, even three or four items. It assumes basic pantry items like salt, oil and dried spices, and adds at most two extras if a dish needs them.

Can it make vegetarian, vegan or halal recipes?

Yes. Pick the diet and the recipes leave out anything that does not fit. Add other limits, like no nuts or no oven, in the Anything else box.

Does it give calories or nutrition facts?

No. It focuses on what to cook and how. For nutrition numbers, check the labels of your ingredients or a nutrition database.

Is it safe for food allergies?

It follows the diet and limits you type, but it cannot check your products. Always read labels if anyone has a food allergy.
