A plan you can follow beats a perfect one you never start. This AI workout planner turns your goal, the days you can train, your equipment and your experience into a one-week plan with exercises, sets, reps and rest days. It is general fitness information, not medical advice.

How to plan your week

1. Pick your main goal.
2. Choose how many days a week you can train.
3. Choose your equipment, from none at all to a full gym.
4. Pick your experience and time per session.
5. Add any injury or limit, then press Plan my week.

What is in the plan

Each training day has a focus, a short warm-up and four or five exercises with sets, reps or time, and rest. Rest days are marked. You also get a simple way to progress over four weeks and a cool-down. Exercises use only the equipment you chose.

Safety and medical advice

This is general fitness information, not medical advice. If you have a condition or an injury, are pregnant or are unsure, check with a doctor or qualified professional first. Stop if something hurts. If you are under 18, ask a doctor or qualified trainer before you start.

No promised results

The planner does not promise weight loss, muscle gain or a timeline, and it gives no diet, calorie or supplement advice. Results depend on sleep, food, consistency and your body. It also names no exact weights, so pick one you can control with good form.

Questions

Yes, it is free to use. There is a daily limit on free runs.

Is this medical advice?

No. It is general fitness information. If you have a condition or an injury, or are unsure, check with a doctor or qualified professional first.

Will I lose weight with this plan?

We make no promise about weight or any other result. The planner gives training structure only, with no diet or calorie advice.

You can note a limit, and the plan avoids related movements and offers a swap. It cannot diagnose anything, so see a professional for pain.

Do I need a gym?

No. Choose no equipment, dumbbells at home, resistance bands or a full gym, and the plan uses only what you picked.

Does it show how to do each exercise?

No. It gives text only. Look up unfamiliar moves in a trusted source or ask a qualified trainer to check your form.
