Pick what you want to work on, add a line about your situation if you like, and the affirmation generator writes short, positive affirmations made for you. Choose confident 'I am' statements, gentler ones that feel easy to believe, or 'You are' lines to send to a friend or a child.

Affirmations for 12 goals

Confidence, self-love, calm and anxiety, career and success, money and abundance, health, love and relationships, gratitude, focus, study and exams, healing after a hard time, and sleep. Each set is written for that goal, so a list for an exam does not read like a list for a breakup.

Made for your situation

Type what is going on, like a job interview tomorrow or a first day at a new school, and at least half of the affirmations speak to it directly. Leave it empty for a general set you can use every day.

Affirmations that feel true

Good affirmations are short, in the present tense and believable. If 'I am confident' feels too big today, choose the gentle style: lines like 'I am learning to trust myself' are easier to say and to mean.

How to use your affirmations

Say three of them out loud in the morning, write one on a sticky note, or set one as your phone wallpaper. Each list ends with a simple tip for your goal. Run the generator again any time for a fresh set.

Questions

Is the affirmation generator free?

Yes. You can generate affirmations without paying. Signing in keeps a history of your lists.

What is a positive affirmation?

A short, positive sentence you repeat to yourself, written in the present tense, such as 'I handle new things one step at a time'. Repeating it helps you notice and practise the way you want to think.

Can I make affirmations for my child or a friend?

Yes. Choose 'You are' to get lines written to someone else, and choose Child for simple, warm words that suit ages 5 to 10.

How many affirmations do I get?

Choose 5, 10 or 15. Every one is different, and the list ends with a tip on how to use them.

Can affirmations replace therapy or medical care?

No. Affirmations can support a good habit, but they are not treatment. If you are struggling, please talk to someone you trust or a professional.
