An anniversary message should fit the couple and the year. This anniversary wishes generator writes five short wishes for a spouse, parents, grandparents, friends or a coworker couple, and it knows the difference between a first anniversary and a golden one. Choose a tone, add a memory if you have one and keep the wish that sounds like you.

How to use the anniversary wishes generator

1. Choose who the wishes are for.
2. Add their first names if you want them in the message.
3. Pick the year, or any other year.
4. Choose a tone and a length, and add a memory.
5. Press Write the wishes and choose one of the five.

Milestone years

Some years have names. The 25th is silver, the 50th is golden and the 60th is diamond, and the tool uses those names for those years only. For other years it simply mentions the number, and if you choose any other year it leaves the number out.

To a spouse or about a couple

For your own husband, wife or partner the wishes are written directly to them. For parents, in-laws, grandparents and friends they read as a congratulation to the couple, so you can drop them straight into a card.

Add a personal line

The memory box is the quickest way to make a wish feel personal. Type how they met or a habit they have, and one of the wishes picks it up. If you leave it empty, the wishes stay general and nothing is made up.
