A survey is only as good as its questions, and vague or leading ones give you answers you cannot use. This survey question generator turns your goal into a ready list: clear wording, the right answer options, easy questions first and a short checklist to run before you send. Pick multiple choice, an agreement scale, open-ended questions or a mix, and paste the result into any form tool.

How to use the survey question generator

1. Say what you want to find out, in a sentence.
2. Describe who will answer: customers, staff, students, members.
3. Pick the question type, the number of questions and the style.
4. Press Write the questions, then paste them into your form.

What makes a question good

One idea per question, plain words, no loaded wording, no double questions and a clear time frame when you ask about behavior. Answer options should cover the real choices and should not overlap. The generator follows these rules in every question.

Order and length

Start with easy, interesting questions and leave personal details for the end. Five to eight questions get far more completed answers than a long list. If your goal needs more, split it into two short surveys.

Test it before you send

Ask two people to take the survey and watch where they hesitate. A question that makes them stop is unclear. Say at the top how long it takes and how the answers will be used, which raises how many people finish.
